Coming up as a musician in the southern California indie scene of the 90s, Rob was immediately drawn to the creative process of making records. Hard work and good fortune kicked off his music production career at Singing Serpent in San Diego and later Kingsize Soundlabs in LA — recording, producing, mixing and mastering music from virtually every genre and with some of the biggest names in the industry.

When it comes to mastering, he charges forward with the same passion that has scored his every move. With an impressive discography that spans nearly 20 years, Rob believes that his honed and hard-earned perspective allows him to hear things on a deeper level — to translate and refine the intricate nuances that exist far beyond the melody and harmony. This unique approach to the mastering process allows him to explore all of the special moments within each track and illuminate them, bringing a profound lucidity and impact for an unforgettable and emotional listening experience.

Today, Rob’s critical involvement in creative music production is an ever-expanding and ever-present thing. Whether through his independent record label Hey Amigo!, or his award-winning music agency Sneak Attack Music he always seems to have something amazing playing in his head.
